Spray the Self Tan Body Mist evenly onto clean, dry skin, ensuring all desired areas are covered. Blend the product if necessary using a tanning mitt or tanning brush, especially at transitions as well as on hands, feet, knees, and elbows. Allow the mist to dry completely before getting dressed.

Exfoliate your skin ideally about 24 hours before application and remove body hair in advance if desired. When applying, the skin should be clean and completely dry. You can lightly moisturize particularly dry areas such as knees, elbows, hands, and feet beforehand so that too much self-tanner does not settle there.
